I use a very specific design method to make sure my customers end up happy. For example if I were building a website for you the following process would take place.

1. Initial Meeting - This is where I would gather basic information about what you are looking for in your site. Topics covered are as follows

  • Domain Name
  • Hosting
  • Website Type
  • Graphic Needs
  • Ownership of Site
  • Initial site outline

2. Quote - With the information from the Initial Meeting I will then give you a price based on the information you provided to me. The great thing about this is you will never pay for more than you need. Companies offering a certin number of pages for a certin price often over sell the client. I offer a great 20% swing on my design work. Basically you will never pay 20% over or under your quoted price.

3. Contract - If the initial quote is accepted the contract will be drawn up. I will state all the terms and conditions of the design.

4.Payment Terms - I require a 50% deposit of the quoted price at the time of the Contract signing unless other arrangements have been made. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to continue the project after work has begun. If for some reason I cannot continue your poject you will be refunded your deposit minus any completed work. You will also recieve all the files and graphics that have been completed at that point. If need be I will refer you to another designer.

5. The Dzine - I will ask you to pick some of your favorite sites and explain to me what it is you like about thoes sites. This will give me a good feel for what you are expecting you graphics to look like. Dont have time for custom graphics? We offer template sites. These are a great way to save time and money.

6. The Demo - I will then build a graphic demo based on the information you have provided. You will then have the chance to review it and make any graphic changes. During this time I will ask you to start building the content (text) for the site. We will then place and review the content in the design.

7. The Build - After we are settled on the design and content I will acutally code the site. I will send each page to you for review and make any last minute changes you might request.

8. Deployment - After you have approved the site and it has been tested I will deploy your site to the internet and list your site with the search engines.
